Our Story

Kodi Furniture started in 2003 as a two-bench carpentry workshop taking on whatever the neighbourhood needed — a wardrobe here, a dining table there. What kept the orders coming was not the catalogue. It was that people could walk in, watch their furniture being made, and come back years later to have it repaired by the same hands.

We have grown since then. There is a showroom now, a proper finishing line, and a service team with its own vans. But the structure has not changed: we still make what we sell, and we still service what we make. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party factory, which is why we can quote a custom size as easily as a catalogue one.

Today we furnish homes, offices, cafés and rental properties across the city — and we maintain a great deal of furniture we did not build, because a good piece deserves to be repaired rather than replaced.

Our Story

Our Mission

To make furniture worth repairing — and then to repair it. We would rather sell one piece that lasts twenty years than four that last five.

Our Vision

To be the workshop a city trusts with both its new furniture and its old — the first call for a fit-out and the first call for a broken joint.

What We Stand For

Four things we do not compromise on, whatever the order size.

Honest Materials

Seasoned solid wood and marine-grade ply, named openly on every quote. If a piece uses engineered board, we say so.

Made In-House

Our own carpenters, our own finishing line. Nothing is bought in and re-badged, so nothing is a mystery when it needs fixing.

Fixed Quotes

The price we quote is the price you pay. Site conditions and change requests are re-quoted before any extra work begins.

Service for Life

Every piece we sell can come back to us for tightening, polishing or re-upholstery — for as long as you own it.
